Gluten is defined medically and dietetically, as the protein in wheat, rye, barley and oats.
At Hunter's Puddings we do not add any gluten to our puddings, nor do we use any ingredients or products containing gluten as a composite ingredient. We use the Coeliac UK website as a reference for safe ingredients. All our puddings are tested to be gluten-free, and are listed by the Coeliac Society in the UK.
